Spraying kids who sat down on the sidewalk, posing ZERO threat.  See how he smirks as he treats kids like cockroaches.  In a prior life, he was probably a prison guard at a concentration camp.  See how much he ENJOYS inflicting unjustified pain on students who did no crime other than have another opinion than their overlord, the Chancellor.

 This officer is unfit as a police officer, and the Chancellor needs to be served with a lawsuit, class action style for permitting officers with a sadistic streak and a total lack of conscience, and total disregard for laws prohibiting the use of excessive force to have the opportunity to do this abuse.  This is the same level of abuse as permitting a pedophile to work in a daycare.

 I also would not be surprised if John Pike had a child porn collection or nazi memorabilia.  People like him are sick twisted individuals who need to be locked away forever under serious medication so they pose no threat to themselves or others.

2023 update.  This is not an exceptional case.  This is the subculture of law enforcement, whose roots are the slave patrols.  ACAB no exceptions until we as a society annihilate the subculture that makes abusive behavior "normal".
